Thanks a lot. I have added Clickatell and the possibility to define custom provider parameters (Clickatell needs an "api id"). When you have an account, I hope you can test clickatell?

Some small bug fixes and new gateway providers.Many thanks to OpenT for their support.You can now define custom provider parameters. Optional provider parameters can defined about the IService Interface.
